Very disappointing experience! We ordered an Extra Large Taro Milk Drink and specifically selected NO ICE. The sticker printed on the cup even clearly says “No Ice.” Despite that, approximately half of the cup was filled with ice. I am attaching pictures so you can see for yourself. What makes this even more confusing is that two weeks earlier, we ordered the exact same drink, same size, with no ice, and they made it correctly with no ice. When I took the drink back and pointed out that we had ordered no ice, the employee told me that Extra Large drinks have to be made with ice. If that is Gong Cha’s policy, then why does their ordering system allow customers to select “No Ice” for that size, and why does the printed sticker clearly say NO ICE? More importantly, if the employees knew they could not make the drink the way we ordered it, they should have told us before making it! We would not have purchased it under those conditions! I also contacted Gong Cha directly with a detailed complaint and gave them an opportunity to address the situation. I received no response. This is extremely disappointing. It wasn't simply about the ice, it was about not receiving what we ordered,

I understand inflation but 7.5 for a milk tea??? You gotta be out of your mind pricing it like this. This is straight robbing. No more for me

Quede was super nice and patient with my many multiple requests! I cannot thank him enough :) very chill, I drove all the way from Amarillo to do the Neopet collab, and I felt super annoying, but Quede was really professional, polite, and pleasant. Thanks so much!!

Gotta support something from my country 🇹🇼 I love this place!!! Mango milk slushy, passion fruit yogurt slushy and brown sugar milk tea with pearls are our favorites! The vibes are chill, and they have bunch of games to play! Overall a good place to hang out with friends! One thing to be picky about is the quality of pearls is not always good.. I’ve had disappointing ones before but I might have high standards.

Delicious boba. I ordered the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea without the milk foam and my wife ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea. The staff were friendly and got our orders correct, the place was clean and decorated nicely so this was a good experience. We first came here when it opened and the experience wasn't great. I figured we needed to give it time for the business to acclimate and then give it another try so I'm glad we gave it a second chance! We'll be back!
